NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS
Muncie has 27 active neighborhood associations across the city. These associations build relationships between neighbors, improve quality of life, and empower a united voice to be heard by local government. The 8Twelve Coalition, a partnership with the Greater Muncie Habitat for Humanity, works to revitalize and build inclusive neighborhoods.
